As a new patient I received an outstanding treatment and I will be theirs for a long time if they continue with the great work and attention to detail. It was very hard to find a replacement for my long term hygienist and after 2 years in search I am finally happy to say that Veronika is my new hygienist. The office is very busy and that’s a good sign too. Everyone working there seems to be enjoying it, patients feel welcomed and in good hands. Dr. Abrams is a conscientious doctor that works hard to make sure the work is done well. He manages his office keeping patient comfort in mind and also communicates well with his staff. I have been a patient of his for over 2 years with no regrets. Highest recommendation. Update: Dr.Abrems no longer serving at this location.Seemed an abrupt change ( He never whispered a word), they said he moved on to new interests...can't speculate but I don't know the new doc...we moved.
2017 Happy Veterans Day At least it was for me. I am a 72 year old Veteran. The 6,000 plus Dentists of the Illinois State Dental Society wanted to show Illinois Veterans they care. So I set up an appointment at Village Smiles in Elk Grove Village Illinois near my apartment. I was just expecting an exam and maybe a cleaning but was I surprised when Dr. Sean Abrams and his staff not only cleaned my teeth but fixed one tooth that was broken and filled another one that had a cavity. They worked on me for 2 ½ hours. It was all free of charge. I haven’t been to a dentist in 10 – 12 years because my only income is Social Security. I was afraid that I would get an infection in my teeth and it would go to my heart. So I am so thankful to Dr. Abrams and his staff for fixing my teeth. They were wonderful. Thank You William Kaufman 2018 Yea, they gave me new teeth. Now I can smile. Dr. Sean Abrams and his staff at Village Smiles are wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
